We work in rolling three-month cycles, with continuous optimisation, content creation, and authority building.
You'll receive progress updates throughout each cycle.
A comprehensive report is provided at the end of each three-month cycle.
The first cycle lays the foundation and delivers early visibility improvements.
Typically achieved within six to twelve months as AI systems begin recognising your authority.
Invoices are billed monthly in arrears and payable within 14 days. Prices are valid for three (3) working days from the date of issue.
This is a rolling three-month agreement. You may pause or cancel by giving 30 days' notice before the end of your current cycle. If no notice is given, the service automatically renews for the next cycle.

While we cannot control search algorithms, we guarantee consistent effort, refinement, and communication throughout each cycle.
You agree to provide timely access to your website, CMS, and relevant digital assets so we can deliver the service effectively.
Delays in access or approvals may impact progress or results.
While every effort is made to maximise visibility, no specific ranking or citation can be guaranteed. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months. This agreement is governed by English law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
During this initial phase, we focus on foundation building and implementing initial optimizations to lay the groundwork for future visibility improvements.
As our strategies mature, AI systems begin recognizing your authority, leading to noticeable improvements in your online presence and early signs of enhanced visibility.
This phase represents the culmination of our efforts, where you can expect to achieve complete visibility across major AI platforms and search engines, with a strong, established presence.

- "Client" is the business named in the application.
- "Services" are the Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI visibility work.
- "Agreement" includes these Terms and any accompanying proposal or payment.
AI Listings enhances your brand's visibility and authority across major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) through rolling three-month cycles of optimisation, content creation, and authority building. The Client must provide timely access to digital assets, promptly approve materials, maintain accurate business information, and ensure content complies with relevant regulations. Delays from the Client may impact performance and timelines.

AI Listings' liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Liability for negligence, death, personal injury, or fraud is not limited.
AI Listings may suspend or terminate the Agreement immediately if Client content is illegal or harmful, payments are overdue, the Client materially breaches terms, or becomes insolvent.
All intellectual property, tools, and methodologies developed by AI Listings remain its property. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license for deliverables created specifically for their business.
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services under this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
