Pricing Structure
Invoices are billed monthly in arrears and payable within 14 days. Prices are valid for three (3) working days from the date of issue.
Notice & Renewal
This is a rolling three-month agreement. You may pause or cancel by giving 30 days' notice before the end of your current cycle. If no notice is given, the service automatically renews for the next cycle.

Liability & Law
While every effort is made to maximise visibility, no specific ranking or citation can be guaranteed. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months. This agreement is governed by English law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Definitions
  • "AI Listings" refers to Primrose Point Ltd.
  • "Client" is the business named in the application.
  • "Services" are the Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI visibility work.
  • "Agreement" includes these Terms and any accompanying proposal or payment.
2. Service Overview & Structure
AI Listings enhances your brand's visibility and authority across major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) through rolling three-month cycles of optimisation, content creation, and authority building. The first cycle builds the foundation, with full visibility typically achieved over six to nine months.

3. Term and Cancellation
This Agreement renews in rolling three-month cycles. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice before the current cycle ends. Automatic renewal occurs if no notice is given. No refunds for completed work are due for paid periods.
4. Pricing and Payment

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears and payable within 14 days.

Non-Refundable
Payments are non-refundable once work for that billing period has been delivered.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide timely access to digital assets, promptly approve materials, maintain accurate business information, and ensure content complies with relevant regulations. Delays from the Client may impact performance and timelines.

7. Performance and Limitations
Our Commitment
All work is performed with reasonable skill and care.
Services aim to increase visibility probability and authority over time, not to deliver fixed positions.
Important Notice
Due to evolving AI systems, no specific ranking, citation, or visibility outcome can be guaranteed.
8. Liability
AI Listings' liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Liability for negligence, death, personal injury, or fraud is not limited.
9. Termination by AI Listings
AI Listings may suspend or terminate the Agreement immediately if Client content is illegal or harmful, payments are overdue, the Client materially breaches terms, or becomes insolvent.
Final Terms
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, tools, and methodologies developed by AI Listings remain its property. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license for deliverables created specifically for their business.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services under this Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
